Only necessary data
We identify the information genuinely required for the service to operate. Data without a clear purpose is not collected for convenience or hypothetical future use.
Lethavia / Trust
Lethavia turns security, privacy, accessibility, ownership, and continuity into concrete decisions throughout the project.
Controls are adapted to the project context, data, and risk level — without invented certifications or vague promises.
Operational principles
Trust does not depend on one tool. It comes from how the project is scoped, built, documented, delivered, and maintained.
We identify the information genuinely required for the service to operate. Data without a clear purpose is not collected for convenience or hypothetical future use.
Access is limited according to project roles and needs. Privileged accounts, secrets, and sensitive environments are separated when the context requires it.
Responsibilities, exclusions, dependencies, and material changes are written down. The client knows what is included, what remains open, and what may affect cost or timing.
Domains, production accounts, data, and critical access should remain controllable by the client. Access handover is part of delivery.
The system is structured and documented so another team can understand, maintain, or take it over. Artificial dependence on Lethavia is not a retention strategy.
When artificial intelligence provides real value, its role, limits, data use, and the decisions that remain human are explained clearly.
In a real project
Projects do not carry the same risks. Measures are defined according to scope, users, data, integrations, and applicable obligations.
Before the work
Discovery also identifies responsibilities, sensitive information, and critical dependencies.
During design and build
Security, accessibility, and privacy are considered in the architecture and journeys rather than appended at the end.
Before launch
Delivery should be understandable and operable without relying on undocumented knowledge.
After launch
Needs evolve. Incidents, updates, and improvements require a clear and proportionate path.
Ownership and continuity
Rights and responsibilities should be understandable before work begins and at delivery.
Transparency
Lethavia does not claim a certification, compliance status, or guarantee that has not actually been established for the relevant project.
Next step
Describe the context, users, data, and constraints. Lethavia can propose a level of control aligned with the actual project.
