Privacy
How information submitted to Lethavia is collected, used, protected, and managed.
For privacy questions, contact Lethavia at contact@lethavia.com or by mail at 943 boulevard du Séminaire Nord, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec J3A 1B6, Canada. Office meetings are by appointment. The general phone number is 514 638-3094.
When you use the contact form, project brief, or application form, Lethavia receives the information you choose to provide, including identity, contact details, organisation, the description of a need, communication preferences, and attachments when applicable.
The information is used to understand the request, reply, prepare a discussion, assess a project, or process an application. Consent to marketing communication is separate from processing required to answer the request.
Optional choices are separated from processing needed to answer a request. Audience measurement, the embedded Google map, and the newsletter are enabled only after an affirmative action. Withdrawing optional consent does not prevent essential functions or invalidate processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
Google Analytics 4, using measurement ID G-Z7G6CFFDNH, loads only after you accept audience measurement. Events are designed to measure general interactions; names, email addresses, phone numbers, and form content must not be sent to Analytics.
The site is prepared for deployment on Vercel. Form delivery may use Resend, a private endpoint configured by Lethavia, or another approved provider. Providers that are actually enabled must be recorded internally, and this policy must be updated when their role changes.
Project and application documents are limited to approved formats, sizes, and file signatures. Attachments are accepted in production only when a malware-detection service is configured. They are then delivered through the private processing channel and are never published as public website assets.
Information should be retained only for the period required to process the request, complete reasonable follow-up, and meet applicable obligations. The initial configuration favours delivery to contact@lethavia.com without automatically creating a public document library. Any future private-storage retention must include a documented retention period, access controls, and deletion procedure.
Proportionate technical and organisational measures are planned to reduce risks of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No system can guarantee zero risk.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information about you, withdraw optional consent, or ask about processing by writing to contact@lethavia.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Some technical providers may process information in other provinces or countries. Before enabling a provider that receives personal information, Lethavia should document its role, known processing locations, contractual safeguards, and relevant risks. Details should be updated when the actual configuration changes.
The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A minor should not submit an application, sensitive document, or contractual request without appropriate involvement from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
The public website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Service-orientation questionnaires and recommendations are indicative: they prepare a conversation and do not replace human review of the context, constraints, budget, and risks.
A privacy question or complaint can be sent to contact@lethavia.com. When a privacy incident is suspected, Lethavia should assess it, limit its effects, document the response, and provide any notice required by the applicable context.
This policy may evolve when forms, providers, services, or obligations change. The update date is shown on the page. A material change should be presented visibly enough for affected people to understand the new processing.
